Track

The framework for holding the fabric tight in place.

1 3/8” deep black extruded PVC fire rated.

Track is stapled directly to the drywall, fiberglass core fills between, then fabric is applied for a finished panel.

Tracks can be mounted on fire rated nailers for CMU walls or to add more depth to make room for a thicker absorber.

Fabric

SF Ultra Fabric, available in 22 standard colors, used for most projects.

SF Ultra fabric: Manufactured in USA meets ASTM E-84 and NFPA 701.

Knauf insulation board with Ecose Technology.

1” thick 3lb density standard. Additional densities and thicknesses are available.
